Returns a perturbation result (scattering parameters) for specified parameter index,
a pair of ports and a pair of modes. The result data is in a form
of two-dimensional double array, where first dimension is the number of frequency
points and the second dimension is 3. First column of the array is frequency data
in GHz for each frequency point of simulation. The second and the third columns
are real and imaginary parts of scattering parameters respectively.
