For [RectPlot] I cannot manage Phi and frequency values as [Add/modify series] window is limited and cannot be fully extended.

Thank you for the report and for including the screenshot and resolution details.
Under normal conditions, the window should be large enough to display all fields.
I understand that you are able to resize the window using the bottom-right corner resize handle, but when you open the window, the default size is always as shown in the picture. Or aren't you able to resize it at all?
