I have only just downloaded InventSim CE so this might be a newbie error. The CAD approach is similar to what I'm used to so I expect it to work in a similar way, but I can't make it behave.

I'm trying to define a 2D profile that I can then rotate to form a cylindrical kind of shape that has various steps in it.
I can't find where to define a snap grid so I'm stuck trying to use text input for the poly-line vertices. After I entered a list of coordinates, there was no "close profile" option I could find, other than going back to clicking on the start vertex. When I did that, I got an error message that the some of the edges intersected, but I could see graphically that this was not the case.

I repeated this test a few times, and failed on each try.
